  My mother has been a long term resident and we were considering moving her to another complex and it was not because of the apartment. The apartments are wonderful. It was the office staff. They were rude and had no clue what they were doing. My mother had gone 6 months without a lease! That changed over the last couple of months when the new manager took over. He treats my mother with respect even though she is elderly, does not hear well, and can be "sometimes" difficult. He walks the complex everyday and speaks to her when she is on the porch. When you call the phone is answered and when you need something it gets done! We recently resigned her paperwork, it was the smoothest it has ever gone, and he showed her how to view her bill on her tablet. Anyone who can teach an 86 year old woman how to use a tablet is a keeper and she will keep staying at Maple Tree!
